Led by award-winning celebrity stylist Sophia Ghaizi, we specialize in delivering bespoke, high-end hair services to Dubai’s elite clientele. We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our team and bring their expertise to our exceptional service.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for delivering premium-quality hairdressing services, including precision cutting, expert coloring, styling, and extensions. This role requires an advanced skill set across all aspects of hairdressing, and you should be passionate about providing a seamless and luxurious experience for each client. You will be working in an exclusive, dynamic environment, offering your services directly in the comfort of our clients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert Hairdressing Services: Perform a wide range of hair services, including precision cuts, coloring, styling, and advanced hair treatments. Your expertise should extend to hair extensions (installation, blending, and styling).
Personalized Client Consultations: Lead thorough consultations to understand each client’s vision and needs, offering tailored advice and ensuring the best hair solutions for their unique needs.
Deliver a VIP Experience: Ensure every client receives a luxurious, personalized experience with a focus on comfort, attention to detail, and the highest standard of service.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and hair technologies, including innovative coloring and extension methods, to keep clients looking their best.
Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a repeat business through outstanding service, while providing a personalized approach.
Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure that all tools and products meet hygiene standards and maintain a professional environment, no matter the client setting.
Travel to Client Locations: You will be required to travel across Dubai to provide the pop-up salon experience in the comfort of clients’ homes, ensuring the highest quality service wherever you go.
Required Skill Set:
Comprehensive Hairdressing Expertise: Proficient in all areas of hairdressing, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, with advanced skills in hair extensions (installation, blending, and styling).
Creative Vision: Strong creative and technical ability to deliver personalized, on-trend hairstyles and extensions that suit each client’s needs.
Exceptional Client Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and ensure each client feels valued and cared for.
Quick Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and solve challenges that may arise during appointments.
Valid Hairdressing Certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Must Own a Car: The ability to drive to and from client locations across Dubai with your own vehicle, ensuring reliable and timely service.
Strong Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure that appointments are met on time, and the highest standard of service is consistently provided.
Flexibility: Must be adaptable to changing schedules and client needs, and willing to work in various locations across Dubai, providing exceptional service no matter the setting.
