About the Role:
We are seeking a Corporate Sales professional based in Dubai to drive growth in the SME and Business Banking segments. The successful candidate will leverage non-technical expertise in SME and Business Banking alongside technical knowledge of CASA accounts and Fixed Deposits to acquire, manage, and grow corporate client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new SME and corporate clients in the Dubai market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual Business Banking targets
- Promote and cross-sell CASA accounts, Fixed Deposits and other deposit products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with credit, risk and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue goals
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of corporate sales experience in banking, specifically within SME and Business Banking
- Proven non-technical knowledge of SME banking and Business Banking products and services
- Technical expertise in CASA accounts and Fixed Deposits (FD) products
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently
- Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines
- Professional banking certifications (e.g. Certified Banker)
- Established network of corporate clients in the Dubai market
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
