Logistics Officer Jobs in Doha at Primecast Technical Solution
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Plan and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain records of all logistics-related transactions, including shipping, receiving, and invoicing.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s import/export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and company policies.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints in a timely manner.
- Optimize logistics procedures and propose improvements for cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Track and maintain inventory levels; initiate restocking as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in the GCC.
- Knowledge of Qatar customs regulations and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid Qatari driving license is preferred.
