Logistics Coordinator (Fragrance Industry) Jobs in Sharjah at Fragorium LLC
Job Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our fragrance manufacturing facility in Sharjah who will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement support, inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and vendor coordination within Sharjah SAIF Zone. The role ensures timely delivery of materials, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
NB:- Only candidates with relevant experience having International logistics for hazardous goods will be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for materials, equipment, and finished goods
- Arrange transportation, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines
- Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation routes
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs, shipping, and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support operations and production
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper storage and material handling
- Prepare stock reports, consumption analysis, and forecasts.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers
- Support procurement team with purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and supplier evaluations
- Resolve supply delays, shortages, or discrepancies efficiently
- Prepare and verify logistics documentation (DO, invoices, packing lists, GRNs, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO standards, and HSE requirements
- Maintain accurate records for audits and management review
- Track logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, inventory status, and logistics KPIs
- Support budgeting and planning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations within Fragrance Industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management tools
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of UAE customs procedures and local logistics regulations
- Certifications in Logistics & Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
