We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistic, Procurement cum Admin professional to join our fish-agriculture company based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This multifaceted role requires managing logistics operations, procurement activities, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
– Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations for Live Fish (import and export)
– Handle customs clearance documentation and liaise with freight forwarders.
– Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
– Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
– Manage administrative tasks including documentation, office supplies management, and coordinating communication between departments.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations related to logistics, procurement, and administration.
– Collaborate closely with the production team to support operational needs and ensure inventory availability.
– Prepare reports on procurement, logistics performance and administrative activities for management review.
– Track shipments and resolve delays or transportation issues.
– Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
– Track shipments and handle documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, and delivery notes
– Provide administrative support including filing, report preparation, and coordination between departments.
– Coordinate drivers & vehicle maintenance and general administrative requirements.
