About us
NoWayOut builds premium escape rooms: immersive, high-production live experiences where a group gets locked into a story and has to work together to solve their way out before the clock runs down. We’ve been doing this since 2016, and this year we turn 10, with rooms across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Austria and Germany. We’re the top end of the market, big sets, real detail, the kind of game people talk about for weeks, and we’re growing our team in Riyadh.
What you’ll actually do
- Run the Riyadh location day to day and make sure every session goes off perfectly
- Host and run the games: brief players, guide the experience and create the wow moments
- Look after the whole guest experience, greet people, handle feedback and keep our reviews high
- Manage bookings, schedules and the on-site team
- Build and keep strong relationships with clients, corporate groups and partners
- Handle the location’s admin and documents: reporting, suppliers, payments and compliance
- Keep the space, sets and equipment in top condition
- Own the numbers for your location: occupancy, revenue and targets
You’ll fit right in if you
- Are based in Riyadh with the right to work in Saudi Arabia
- Speak fluent Arabic and English (both matter for guests, partners and paperwork)
- Have experience running a venue or leading a team (hospitality, entertainment, retail, F&B or similar). Strong potential counts too
- Are a natural host, calm under pressure and great with people
- Are organised and reliable with schedules, admin and documents
- Are hands-on and happy to be on the floor, not just behind a desk
