1 Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female General Practitioner to provide dedicated medical care to a private patient. The successful candidate will live in with the patient, accompanying them during their travels, ensuring continuous healthcare, and addressing any medical needs that arise. This role requires a professional who is fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong background in general medicine.
2 Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Medical Care: Provide daily medical care, including routine check-ups, diagnosis, and treatment of common ailments, and manage any chronic conditions.
- Patient Accompaniment: Travel with the patient as needed, providing medical support and care throughout the journey. This includes being on-call for any medical emergencies or issues that may arise during travel.
- Health Monitoring: Regularly monitor the patient’s health, including vital signs, medication management, and overall well-being.
- Emergency Care: Be prepared to handle medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with local healthcare providers if necessary.
- Patient Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the patient’s health needs, coordinating with specialists, managing appointments, and ensuring the patient receives the best possible care.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring the patient’s privacy at all times.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the patient and their family in both Arabic and English, providing clear explanations of medical conditions, treatments, and recommendations.
3 Qualifications:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution with a specialization in General Practice or Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license.
- Extensive experience in providing general medical care, with a preference for experience in private practice or concierge medicine.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- CPR and First Aid certified.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and make sound medical decisions.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to various living environments.
