Are you an organized and proactive real estate professional with experience in property listings and tenancy management? We’re looking for a Listing Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure residential and commercial property listings.
- Manage and update property listings on Dubizzle, Bayut, and Property Finder.
- Prepare, process, and manage tenancy contracts and related documentation.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and the sales/leasing team.
- Conduct market research and ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date.
- Provide excellent client service throughout the listing and leasing process.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Listing Agent or in a similar real estate role.
- Hands-on experience managing listings on Dubizzle, Bayut, and Property Finder.
- Experience preparing and handling tenancy contracts.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
