Workshop & Equipment Management:
Maintain and oversee workshop operations, ensuring proper use of machinery and tools.
Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to prevent downtime.
Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership & Workforce Management:
Supervise, train, and motivate production and workshop staff.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills and workload.
Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance-related issues.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
Address any defects, deviations, or non-conformities and take corrective action.
Comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
Monitor stock levels of raw materials, tools, and components.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery.
Minimize waste and optimize inventory control strategies.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate production records, including output, efficiency, and downtime.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Document and track any process changes or improvements.
