The ideal candidate will prepare surfaces, apply coatings, and ensure professional, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finishes on buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming before painting
- Apply spray paint, coatings, and finishes on walls, ceilings, and structural components
- Ensure even coverage, smooth finishes, and color accuracy
- Maintain and operate spray painting equipment and tools safely
- Inspect finished surfaces to identify and correct imperfections or defects
- Follow project specifications and ensure compliance with UAE construction safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe painting workspace
- Collaborate with supervisors and construction teams to meet project deadlines
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter, Construction Painter, or Painting Technician
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques, coatings, and finishing methods
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and PPE usage
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality finishes under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and precision in painting work
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or vocational certification in Painting, Industrial Coatings, or Construction Trades
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects in Dubai
- Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and finishing standards
