Job Title: Lifting Supervisor
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and certified Lifting Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all lifting operations on site, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of major Oil & Gas projects.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor
- Mandatory experience within the Oil & Gas industry
- Valid TUV Certification (required)
- Completion of a 5-day Lifting Supervisor training course (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of lifting plans, risk assessments, and safety procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations to ensure safe and efficient execution
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Review, approve, and implement lifting plans and method statements
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings for lifting crews
- Monitor lifting equipment to ensure proper usage, maintenance, and certification
- Coordinate with site teams, crane operators, and rigging crews to ensure smooth operations
- Identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate hazards
