Senior Electrical Engineer – EWE Approved
Role Description
· Full-time, on-site position based in Ras Al Khaimah.
· Review project drawings and documents for compliance with EWE regulations.
· Supervise onsite Electrical works to ensure alignment with EWE approved drawings.
· Manage all coordination, paperwork, portal submissions, and corrections with EWE.
· Arrange, manage, and attend all intermediate and final EWE site inspections.
· Secure final EWE clearance certificates.
· Review and Manage Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems as per Civil defense regulations.
· Responsibilities include preparing Material Submittals, Shop drawings, performing load calculations, Method Statements, handing over documents ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
· Managing specialist sub-contractors for ELV systems.
· Coordinating with project managers, Supervision staff, technicians, suppliers, Consultant and client to support project planning, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Qualifications
· Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Execution.
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering holding EWE approval.
· Knowledge of relevant international and UAE electrical codes and safety standards.
· Proficiency with electrical design and CAD software; familiarity with simulation or calculation tools is beneficial.
· Strong communication skills, ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams, and attention to detail.
Experience
· Minimum 10Years experience in Medium / High Rise building services in the UAE.
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
