Accountability Summary
To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests using watersports facilities and attractions by enforcing safety protocols, conducting rescue operations when necessary, and delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities:
• Enforce safety rules and resort regulations around all aquatic areas.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all emergency situations, including rescues and first aid incidents.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure proper maintenance of lifeguard equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of lifeguard stations and first aid kits.
• Monitor weather and water conditions and take appropriate action when hazards are present.
