Description
Act as the first‑line legal advisor across the holding company and subsidiaries Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, from NDAs to complex transactions Support commercial, corporate, and transactional matters in a fast‑scaling environment Manage and coordinate external legal counsel on specialist and high‑value matters Provide pragmatic, business‑focused legal advice to senior stakeholders Support international partner engagements, working in English daily Take a fully hands‑on approach, including routine and administrative legal tasks
Profile
KSA national with 3-6 years’ post‑qualification legal experience Strong background in commercial, corporate, or transactional law Excellent written and spoken English, with international exposure Comfortable working in a lean team with limited templates or precedent Able to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and intense workloads Pragmatic, resilient, and commercially minded Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability across a broad legal remit
