This role will support the General Counsel and focus primarily on corporate legal matters including M&A, corporate governance, and general advisory work.
The ideal candidate will bring :
A minimum of 12 years’ post-qualification experience
A demonstrable track record in corporate law – including M&A, transactions, and governance
A background that ideally blends top-tier private practice training with in-house experience (though we’re open on this mix)
