– Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
– Build and nurture long-term relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals and referrals.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting available properties.
– Manage tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
– Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and report regularly to management.
