We are looking for a highly creative and talented Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging digital content, generating innovative marketing ideas, and producing high-quality videos that strengthen our brand presence across social media platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing content while ensuring consistent brand identity and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas and marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand and business goals.
- Write engaging scripts and content for short-form and long-form social media videos.
- Plan, organize, and execute video shoots independently or with the marketing team.
- Capture high-quality videos and photos using professional cameras, smartphones, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Edit videos professionally for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Design attractive marketing flyers, promotional graphics, banners, and social media creatives.
- Create engaging reels, stories, advertisements, product showcases, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Manage and publish content across all company social media accounts according to the content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and propose fresh content ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Ensure all content follows the company’s branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products, services, and campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Executive
- Strong creativity with the ability to generate original content ideas and compelling video concepts.
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Solid experience in professional videography, including camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Expert-level video editing skills using industry-standard software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut (Professional)
- Strong graphic design skills using tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Adobe Express
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience managing company social media accounts and scheduling content.
- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience in photography is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns is an advantage.
