*We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Child Skills Development Training Institute in Dubai. The institute provides educational and skills development programs for children in a supportive and professional learning environment.*
Purpose: To support learners in sessions so they can access tasks, communicate, regulate and participate safely.
Key duties:
– Support individual learners and small groups during sessions.
– Help with transitions, instructions, focus, regulation and task completion.
– Record brief support observations for the lead staff member.
– Maintain dignity, independence and positive relationships.
– Follow safeguarding, behaviour and incident procedures.
KPIs: Session safety, learner participation, instructor support, punctuality and quality of observations.
