HR Administrator Jobs in Dubai at DIDC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies) in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance evaluations, and HR programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance, leave requests, and absences.
  • Support internal HR projects, audits, and policy updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Age 21-35
  • Attested graduation certificate is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the UAE
  • Hindi and Urdu language proficiency is mandatory.
