HR Administrator Jobs in Dubai at DIDC
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies) in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance evaluations, and HR programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leave requests, and absences.
- Support internal HR projects, audits, and policy updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Age 21-35
- Attested graduation certificate is required.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the UAE
- Hindi and Urdu language proficiency is mandatory.
