The Team:
The Executive & Operations Support (EOS) team is a set of professionals who work collaboratively to manage day-to-day operations in partnership with the Site Lead to plan, manage, and execute various office activities.
The Impact:
You will provide strategic guidance, operational expertise, and daily management for the Saudi Arabia office operations. This includes supporting meetings and events (in-person, virtual, hybrid), senior leadership visits, staff townhalls, festivals, and other occasions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining office operations such as HR administrative processes, invoice management, vendor management, business continuity planning, and other activities.

Responsibilities:
Champion S&P Global values and ways of working both regionally and globally.
Drive internal office engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant workplace culture and improve Employee Experience.
Promote collaboration and team engagement across the business and site.
Build affiliation and a growth mindset, supporting change and effective communication across teams.
Coordinate and support town halls and large meetings, including logistics, catering, and AV setups.
Support the company’s social inclusion and impact agenda for community engagement.
Assist with onboarding, transfers, and offboarding of staff, including IT equipment, access, and license renewals.
Manage employment visa processes.
Serve as the key contact for visitors, handling travel arrangements, seating, and conference setups.
What We’re Looking For:
Saudi National
Fluency in English (professional/business level)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2-5 years of office management experience, including project management, government relations, system implementation, or procurement experience
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
Excellent planning, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
