Lead Generator / BDR (Remote Work Contract) Jobs in Saudi Arabia at Arabic Consultant
We are seeking a Lead Generator to become part of the Arabic Consultant team, responsible for building and generating a continuous pipeline of qualified potential clients who can be converted into real sales opportunities.
This role focuses on the quality of leads and their readiness to convert into actual deals, rather than the number of messages or visible activity.
The work is fully remote and relies on performance and results without the constraints of working hours or attendance.
Work Nature
- Fully remote work
- Working hours start from: 12 PM to 8 PM. All week days except for Friday and Saturday are official holidays.
- Focus on results entirely, not activity
- Work environment relies on independence and dedication
- Performance is evaluated based on the quality of qualified potential clients
Contract and Income System
- Official employment contract between the employee and the company
- No fixed salary at the beginning until you start achieving actual results exceeding 10,000 SAR
- Commission of 20% from each deal based on the clients generated and qualified
- No income ceiling
- The better the quality and quantity of qualified clients, the higher the income directly
Main Responsibilities
- Targeting the target groups for the company’s services (business owners and entrepreneurs)
- Searching for decision-makers within companies and communicating with them
- Implementing professional communication operations via LinkedIn or email or others
- Providing a strong, clear, and concise introduction of the company’s services to the targeted clients
- Qualifying potential clients according to criteria (need – advantage – seriousness)
- Entering potential client data into the company’s CRM system
- Delivering qualified clients to the closing team
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
The employee is required to register all potential clients within the company’s CRM system.
The employee will be provided with their login details to access the official system portal, through which client data will be entered and updated.
Using the system includes:
- Accurate entry of potential client data
Referral and Tracking System
If a client generated completes a purchase, they are registered within the referral system and linked directly to the employee who generated them.
Final client data is entered into the system to ensure accurate commission calculation and link results to actual performance.
