The IT company Andersen invites a Lead Flutter Developer to join its team for working with a company from the UAE.
This position requires on-site in the Abu Dhabi office, but we are also open to considering candidates from other countries for relocation.
The customer is a government entity that manages public affairs and oversees various corporate and philanthropic projects. The company is embarking on a transformative digital journey to enhance its operational efficiency and customer experiences.
The project focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, and optimize administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
Defining and overseeing the architecture of Flutter applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Collaborating with UI/UX teams to create seamless, visually engaging, and responsive user experiences.
Optimizing application performance, memory management, and troubleshooting to enhance stability and efficiency.
Architecting and integrating third-party services, APIs, and native SDKs while maintaining high security and reliability standards.
Establishing coding guidelines, conducting thorough code reviews, and mentoring development teams to improve code quality.
Overseeing CI/CD pipeline setup for automated builds, testing, and deployment processes.
Working closely with backend engineers to define efficient API structures for high-performance applications.
Staying updated with industry trends, evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve development processes.
Ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Must-have:
Experience as a Flutter Developer for 5-7+ years.
Experience as a Tech Lead.
Expertise in Flutter, Dart, and state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and best practices.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs/GraphQL/WebSockets, and efficient data handling techniques.
Experience with Firebase services, cloud functions, push notifications, and mobile analytics.
Proficiency in version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
Solid understanding of security best practices in mobile development, including encryption and secure authentication.
Experience with debugging, performance tuning.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to guide teams on technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions in a fast-paced environment.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
