Lead Engineer – Precast R&D Jobs in Dubai at Brightway photocopier equipment
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and improvement of precast structural systems, components, and construction methodologies.
Perform structural analysis, design, and validation of precast and cast-in-situ concrete elements.
Develop innovative solutions for modular and precast construction applications.
Conduct design optimization studies to improve structural efficiency, manufacturability, constructability, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with production, projects, engineering, and commercial teams to translate concepts into practical solutions.
Review and analyze field execution challenges and incorporate lessons learned into product and system development.
Develop and validate precast connections, lifting arrangements, erection methodologies, and structural detailing standards.
Prepare technical reports, design calculations, guidelines, standard details, and R&D documentation.
Participate in prototype testing, performance evaluations, and product qualification activities.
Support ongoing projects by providing technical expertise in design review, troubleshooting, and structural optimization.
Pay: AED6,500.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
