Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Tele caller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our real estate services over the phone. Your role will also involve providing information about available properties, answering queries, and assisting in the scheduling of site visits or meetings with agents.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate listings and services.
Answer incoming calls from potential buyers or renters, addressing their inquiries and offering relevant property information.
Maintain and update records of client interactions and properties in the database.
Schedule appointments or site visits for interested clients with real estate agents.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries in a professional manner.
Follow up on leads to convert them into sales or rentals.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and available properties.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
