Laser Engraving Technician – Metal Card Customization Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Yuniq Cards Management Services L.L.C
YUNIQ is looking for a confident, well-presented individual who combines sales ability with hands-on technical skill to run our kiosk at Dubai Festival City Mall.
This is a dual role. You will work on your own at the kiosk — welcoming customers and presenting YUNIQ’s metal card customization experience, and then personally operating our fiber laser system to create their personalized cards on site.
You are both the face of the brand and the craftsperson behind the product, so we need someone equally comfortable speaking with customers and getting a flawless result on the machine.
The ideal candidate is sales-driven and personable, but also technically capable, precise, and proud of their work. Every card is engraved in view of the customer and must meet our quality standards before it is handed over.
Responsibilities
You will represent YUNIQ at the kiosk: welcoming customers, explaining the concept, guiding them through design options, and presenting the service in a premium, engaging way. Once a design is confirmed, you will prepare the order in our software and operate the fiber laser system yourself to engrave the metal card, checking every piece for quality before handover.
Working independently, you will also be responsible for opening and running the kiosk day to day, maintaining a clean and premium-looking workspace, keeping the laser equipment in good working condition, managing your own workflow to meet daily sales and order targets, and handling customer questions professionally throughout.
