We are seeking a motivated Junior Cyber Security Engineer to join our IT team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are looking to build a career in cybersecurity. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training while supporting the company’s cybersecurity initiatives, ERP systems (PACT ERP & Epicor ERP), and daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support cybersecurity systems under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in responding to security alerts, antivirus management, firewall monitoring, and incident reporting.
- Provide first-level technical support for PACT ERP and Epicor ERP users.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Support user account management, system updates, and IT documentation.
- Provide general IT support for hardware, software, and end-user issues.
- Assist with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
- Follow company IT security policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, networking, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (PACT ERP or Epicor ERP) is a plus.
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, Google Cybersecurity Certificate, or equivalent) are an advantage but not required.
