Nordicscape Pool Concepts L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising landscape construction works, managing site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily landscape construction activities on site.
* Lead and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Read and interpret landscape drawings and specifications.
* Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
* Monitor hardscape, softscape, irrigation, paving, and planting works.
* Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
* Ensure all works are completed according to project specifications and timelines.
* Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
* Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Landscape Foreman.
* Proven experience in landscape construction projects, particularly villas and high-end residential developments.
* Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and external works.
* Ability to read and understand landscape and construction drawings.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
* Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
* Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
