Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our building construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring accurate measurements in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and establish survey control points.
- Perform setting out for building construction works.
- Operate Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS surveying equipment.
- Verify dimensions, levels, and project coordinates.
- Prepare survey reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure survey accuracy.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with project drawings and specifications.
- Support project progress by providing accurate survey data.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS surveying equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month
