Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in fast-food restaurant operations to join our team in Djibouti, East Africa. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume quick-service restaurants and be willing to relocate.
Candidates with experience in international fast-food brands such as McDonald’s, KFC, Popeyes, Burger King, or similar concepts are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Control inventory, food costs, and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and workforce
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 – ﷼7,000.00 per month
