Job Title: Laboratory Chemist
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Laboratory Chemist to carry out routine testing and quality control of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. The role involves ensuring product quality meets required standards and supporting plant operations with accurate and timely analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory testing of samples using standard methods and procedures
Analyze raw materials, intermediate products, and final products for quality parameters
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments
Prepare reagents, standards, and test solutions
Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor product quality and highlight any deviations to the operations team
Ensure proper sample handling, labeling, and storage
Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Assist in method development and process improvement where required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemistry or related field
Experience in an industrial or chemical laboratory preferred
Knowledge of standard lab testing methods and instruments
Basic understanding of quality control and documentation practices
Familiarity with safety and handling of chemicals
Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good record-keeping and reporting ability
Ability to work independently and in shifts if required

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
