We’re Hiring
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of our Sharjah kitchen operations.
This is not a basic floor manager role — we need someone who understands kitchen operations, procurement, delivery platforms, and Sharjah food safety compliance inside-out.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Run day-to-day kitchen and operations
✅ Manage kitchen team, scheduling, and performance
✅ Handle purchasing + supplier relationships in Sharjah
✅ Control stock, reduce wastage, and manage costs
✅ Manage delivery platforms like Talabat, Deliveroo, and Careem
✅ Ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
✅ Take full responsibility for food safety and audits
Food Safety (CRITICAL)
You must have hands-on experience with the Sharjah Food Safety Program, including:
- GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) implementation
- HACCP systems (Menu-Safe preferred)
- SOP creation and execution
- Passing municipality audits
- Training staff and maintaining compliance
If you have not handled SFSP audits before, this role is not suitable.
Requirements
✔ 3–5+ years experience managing a kitchen/restaurant in Sharjah
✔ Strong knowledge of Sharjah Municipality rules + SFSP
✔ Experience in procurement and supplier management
✔ Experience managing delivery aggregators
✔ Ability to run operations independently
✔ Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Bonus If You Have

âž• Existing supplier network in Sharjah
âž• Experience scaling or setting up kitchens
