We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Interior Design Project Manager to join our elite Interior Design department.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of interior design projects. You will act as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that our signature high-end aesthetic is realized seamlessly from design development through to final project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end residential interior projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Design Coordination: Lead the coordination between internal design teams, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the construction process.
* Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project timelines, manage procurement schedules, and proactively mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.
* Quality Control: Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials align with our brand's luxury benchmarks.
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, budget status, and design implementation.
* Documentation: Manage all project-related documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and design deliverables.
