We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Hood Cleaning Team Leader to lead our kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning team. The successful candidate will supervise cleaning activities, ensure high-quality service, coordinate with customers, and make sure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning team at customer locations.
- Carry out cleaning of kitchen hoods, exhaust ducts, filters, fans, and related equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning work is completed according to company quality standards.
- Allocate tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and ensure team members follow safety guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with customers and address service-related requirements.
- Inspect completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete service reports, checklists, and job documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding daily schedules and job requirements.
- Report any equipment issues, site problems, or additional customer requirements to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of company equipment and vehicles.
- Travel to different customer locations as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in kitchen hood cleaning, exhaust cleaning, duct cleaning, deep cleaning, or similar field service work is preferred.
- Previous team-lead or supervisory experience will be an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hood, exhaust, duct, and grease-cleaning procedures.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on cleaning work.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Ability to work at commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and other customer locations.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures is required.
