Role Overview: As a kids’ activity instructor, you will play a pivotal role in creating a fun and engaging environment for children in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an energetic, creative, and reliable kids’ activity instructor. In this role, you will be the face of our mobile party service, bringing joy and creativity to children’s events. You will be responsible for setting up and managing interactive activity stations, including arts and crafts and sensory play, to ensure a fun and safe environment for children.
Responsibilities:
1- Facilitate creative workshops: Design and implement engaging activity programmes that cater to various age groups, ensuring that each session is both educational and entertaining while using creativity and planning skills. Lead hands-on activities, including but not limited to the following: Gypsum/plaster painting, canvas painting and paper arts, slime-making workshops, and play-dough and sensory modelling activities.
2- Event Managment: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their children’s progress and addressing any concerns to foster a strong relationship and trust. Supervise children during activities, maintaining a safe and positive environment where they can freely express themselves and develop social skills. Organise special events and themed days that encourage participation and excitement, utilising your organisational skills to ensure smooth execution.
3- Child engagement: Monitor and assess children’s development, adjusting activities based on their needs and interests to promote growth and engagement.
4- Business goals alignment: Create a cohesive programme that aligns with the business goals and enhances the overall experience for participants.
Provide feedback and suggestions for programme improvements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our offerings and overall participant satisfaction.
5- Safety and cleanliness: Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that all materials are safe, clean, and ready for use, which supports a well-prepared activity environment.
