Graphic Designer Jobs in Dubai at Mattar Concept Fabrication
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer / Artist Collaboration Specialist to work closely with an established artist and creative team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the artist’s concepts, artworks, ideas, and creative vision into high-quality visual materials for art projects, exhibitions, branding, digital media, publications, merchandise, product collaborations, and luxury creative projects.
This role requires someone who can understand an artist’s vision, develop it visually without compromising its originality, and present concepts in a professional and commercially compelling manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Experience working with artists, creative directors, galleries, luxury brands, architects, or creative businesses is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and interpret creative direction.
Strong knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage
- Figma or other presentation/design platforms
- Digital illustration and photo editing
- Print production and large-format artwork preparation
- Basic knowledge of 3D visualization is an advantage
- AI-assisted design tools is an advantage
