The Noor Creative is looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media & Content Assistant to support our Instagram and TikTok accounts.

We are looking for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating engaging visual content, and can help maintain a consistent and active presence across our platforms.

This role is ideal for a student, fresh graduate, or junior content creator looking to build experience in social media, content creation, design, and lifestyle/product branding.

Monthly Content Requirements

Instagram

• 8 feed posts / carousels per month
• 4–5 Reels per month
• Approximately 20 Stories per month

TikTok

• 10–15 TikTok videos per month
• Approximately 10–15 TikTok Stories per month

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow a monthly social media content calendar
• Create, edit, schedule, and publish Instagram and TikTok content
• Write captions that match the brand’s tone of voice
• Create simple graphics using existing brand guidelines and templates
• Edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok
• Repurpose existing photos and videos into engaging content
• Research relevant TikTok and Instagram trends
• Suggest creative content ideas for products, projects, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across social media
• Organize social media photos, videos, and content files
• Monitor basic comments and engagement
• Provide a simple monthly performance overview
• Attend occasional content-shooting sessions when required

Working Arrangement

• Part-time
• Approximately 4–6 hours per week
• Flexible working schedule
• Mostly remote
• Occasional in-person content sessions may be required
• Monthly deliverables will be agreed in advance

Salary

AED 1,500 per month

There will be an opportunity to review the role and responsibilities based on performance and future business requirements.
