Role Overview
We are seeking a well-connected Saudi professional with strong working relationships across major national entities, including:
- PIF and selected portfolio companies
- Saudi Aramco
- SABIC
- Major main contractors and EPC firms
- Government and semi-government entities
Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Development
- Maintain and grow professional relationships within key organizations.
- Facilitate introductions and meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Support engagement at manager, GM, and department-head levels.
2. Opportunity Identification
- Responsible for prequalification and vendor registration processes.
- Track upcoming tenders and partnership opportunities.
- Share intelligence on relevant projects and procurement cycles.
3. Business Support
- Assist leadership in navigating organizational structures.
- Support proposal positioning and partnership structuring.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
- Ensure continuous communication with target accounts.
Required
- Saudi National.
- Having bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in:
Government relations
Business development
Key account management
Existing professional network within:
- PIF ecosystem
- Aramco
- SABIC
- Major main contractors
- Ministries / authorities
Preferred
- Background in construction and strategic sectors.
- Strong understanding of Vision 2030 ecosystem.
