Junior Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at Strong Plant for Dewatering and Drainage Services (L.L.C.)
We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with minimum 1 year experience for a piling and shoring contracting company.
The candidate will be responsible for collecting monthly work-done quantities from site, verifying executed quantities, and providing necessary inputs to the accounts team for preparing invoices. The role also includes supporting the engineering/design team in quantity verification from drawings and assisting in general QS activities such as BOQ checking, measurement sheets, variation support, and coordination with site/project teams.
- Collect monthly work-done details from site.
- Prepare and verify quantity measurement sheets.
- Provide quantity inputs to accounts for invoice preparation.
- Check quantities from design/shop drawings.
- Support engineering/design team in quantity verification.
- Assist in BOQ review, variations, and general QS documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project team, and accounts department.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in piling, shoring, or construction works.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, drawings, measurements, and invoicing.
- Good coordination and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD is mandatory.
