We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Portfolio Associate to
join our team
in Dubai.
This entry-level role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of corporate services and support senior associates in delivering strategic advice and operational solutions to our clients.
You will assist in various areas including company formation, compliance, corporate restructuring, and M&A services, while gaining valuable experience in corporate governance, tax services, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the process of company incorporation, including preparing documents, coordinating registrations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Support in providing advice and assistance to clients regarding corporate and personal relocation processes, ensuring smooth transitions across different jurisdictions.
Research and preparation for corporate restructuring processes, mergers, and acquisitions, including data gathering and coordination of key activities.
Support the M&A team in preparing documents, conducting market research, and assisting with due diligence and integration processes.
Ensuring that clients are meeting their legal obligations by preparing reports, reviewing compliance documentation, and staying up to date with regulations.
Preparation of materials for
strategic planning
, assisting in the development of recommendations, and learning how to advise clients on business growth.
Provide administrative support in corporate nominee services, including managing client documentation and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of tax reports, research tax regulations, and help ensure clients’ tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
Who you are:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in corporate strategy, compliance, and business advisory.
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills
in English, both written and verbal. An additional language is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team and take initiative on tasks.
