Junior IT Staff Jobs in Dubai at Artisan Bakers
We are looking for a Junior IT Staff with hands-on experience in computer hardware, basic networking, and CCTV systems. Support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist in maintaining the organization’s IT and surveillance infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Diagnose and fix basic hardware problems and replace faulty parts when needed
- Provide basic network support such as LAN/Wi-Fi setup, connection issues, and IP configuration
- Assist in setting up network devices like routers, switches, and access points
- Provide basic support for CCTV systems, including checking camera connectivity and reporting faults
- Respond to IT support requests and help users with technical issues
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common software
- Perform system updates, antivirus checks, and regular backups
- Maintain IT equipment records and basic documentation
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
