Key Responsibilities
* Design Support: Assist the Senior FF&E team in developing mood boards, material palettes, and concept presentations.
* Library Management: Take ownership of the studio's material library, meeting with suppliers to stay updated on the latest products and innovations.
* Documentation: Support the preparation of FF&E schedules, specifications, and basic budget sheets.
* Sample Coordination: Manage the ordering and organization of samples for client presentations and site mock-ups.
* Bespoke Assistance: Help coordinate with local craftsmen and vendors for custom furniture and lighting prototypes.
* Trend Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in global hospitality and High End Residential design.
