Junior Corporate Accountant Remote Jobs in Qatar at Kreativstorm

To play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing strong relationships with local and international companies in the science and technology sector.

Key Result Areas:

Identify and cultivate strategic business relationships with industry leaders, technology companies, research institutions, and other key stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for business partners, ensuring effective communication and fostering long-term relationships.

Oversee and manage the organization’s business engagement programs, ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders and align with strategic goals.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the technology and innovation sectors.

Plan, organize, and execute business engagement events, workshops, and networking sessions to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for potential partners and stakeholders.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and integrated engagement strategies.

Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business engagement activities and continuously improve strategies.

Proactively engage with industry leaders, government entities, and research institutions to explore partnership opportunities.

Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

Manage and qualify leads to convert them into successful partnerships and tenancies.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing value proposition to potential tenants.

Track industry trends and identify emerging technologies relevant to the mission.

Contribute to the successful planning, execution, and completion of cross-functional projects as assigned by QSTP senior management by actively engaging with team members across departments, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and resource management. Apply innovativeproblem-solving methods to address challenges, continuously improving project processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain regular communication with both line and project managers to provide timely updates on project progress and outcomes, and continuously enhance personal skills and knowledge to drive the success of these initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience, 2 of which at a supervisory level.

PMP certification is an advantage.

Good knowledge and abilities to handle difficult situations and conversations.

Excellent communication skills – experience explaining complicated issues to people and pursuing them to collaborate.

Ability to switch fast between tasks and projects, if necessary, self-organization skills.

Ability to operate at a very high level; negotiate effectively; work to deadlines; maintain strong stakeholders’ relationships.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely;
Arabic and English proficiency is required.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
