Junior CAD Draftsman (Interior Fit Out) Jobs in Dubai at Blue Camel Design LLC (Interior Fit Out)
Required Immediately, Estimator with 4 years experience (UAE) in Interior Fit Out Company.
Work within the Estimation and Commercial department and actively contribute to the development of the estimating strategy adding particular value in the areas of costing, tight cost control and targeted efficiencies.
Over-view all activities and operations of the Estimation Department.
Receive the project brief and documents from the Director(s), Design Director, and/or BDM.
Review all the documents provided in order to:
Identify the deadline for submission and to request an extension of time if required.
Identify any missing documents and details and to request them.
Identify any additional information required and to request them.
Report of the feasibility of the project and seek the Directors’ consent to proceed.
Review the BOQ produced and ensure that all areas are covered and considered.
Issue final BOQ to Commercial Director for review and approval.
Issue the final BOQ to the client.
Follow up and attend negotiation meeting/s with the Client and/or internal team until obtaining client approval.
Effectively manage and utilize the SAP system and ensure all input is timely and up to date.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
