We are looking for a Junior Art Director / Social Media Graphic Designer to join an exciting social media project for a museum in Jeddah.
You are creative, fast and reliable, have a strong eye for social media design and are organized enough to keep track of an entire monthly content schedule. This is a hands-on role combining graphic design, content planning and occasional on-site content creation.
Your Role
40% Graphic Design & Editing
- Create engaging social media graphics and layouts
- Adapt existing designs and assets to different social media formats
- Edit photo and video content
- Work within an established brand identity and visual direction
- Prepare polished assets ready for publishing
40% Editorial Calendar & Social Media Execution
- Maintain and coordinate the monthly editorial calendar
- Keep track of approximately 12–15 posts per month
- Organize assets, deadlines, feedback and approvals
- Ensure all content is prepared and delivered on time
- Maintain a clear overview of upcoming posts and requirements
20% On-Site Content Creation
- Occasionally visit the museum in Jeddah
- Capture photo and video content for social media
- Turn everyday museum moments, exhibitions and events into engaging digital content
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in graphic design, social media design or junior art direction
- Strong skills in relevant graphic design and editing tools
- Good understanding of Instagram and other social media formats
- Ability to edit both visual and short-form video content
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Fast and reliable execution – deadlines matter
- Ability to independently manage several pieces of content at once
- Comfortable working with an international, remote team
- Based in or able to work on-site in Jeddah when required
- Valid authorization to work in Saudi Arabia
Working With Our Team
Our main team is based in Europe, so regular availability during overlapping European working hours from Monday to Friday is important.
