Are you an experienced Off-Plan Property Consultant, Team Leader, or Sales Manager looking to take your career to the next level?

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage high-quality client leads.
- Advise clients on Dubai’s premium off-plan investment opportunities.
- Conduct client consultations, project presentations, and property viewings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and end users.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
For Team Leaders & Sales Managers
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants.
- Drive team performance through coaching and regular sales reviews.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent target achievement.
- Create a positive, high-performance sales culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience (mandatory).
- Proven experience in off-plan property sales.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Existing client database is an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Team leadership experience preferred for Team Leader and Sales Manager roles.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage.
