We’re Hiring: Junior Sales Engineer
Location: Dubai / Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Established in 2007, UDMC specializes in marine construction, dredging, offshore pipeline installation, diving operations, and coastal infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to deliver customer requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with commercial awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE.
