Job Summary:
We are a luxury chandelier showroom seeking a dedicated, organized, and service-oriented individual to manage our hospitality services, including café operations, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the showroom. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, be skilled in managing a small café area, preparing beverages, light meals, and ensuring the overall comfort and satisfaction of our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer and Staff Hospitality:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other refreshments for both customers and staff.
Oversee the daily operation of our small café area, ensuring everything is clean, stocked, and well-presented.
Manage inventory for the café and hospitality area (including snacks, beverages, and other supplies), and handle the purchase of items as needed.
Food Preparation and Café Management:
Prepare light meals, snacks, and beverages based on customer and staff needs.
Ensure the café area is maintained at the highest hygiene standards and ready to serve at all times.
Keep track of stock and equipment needed for the café, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness throughout the showroom, including tables, display items, windows, and other areas.
Regularly clean and sanitize the café area, ensuring it’s always presentable and ready for use.
Coordinate with the team for regular cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are maintained.
Additional Duties:
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Monitor and ensure excellent customer experience in both the showroom and café areas.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, café management, or cleaning roles is preferred.
Ability to manage a small café area and food preparation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
Good communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, reliable, and efficient with both customer service and café management responsibilities. This person will ensure the showroom remains welcoming, clean, and comfortable for our customers while managing all café-related tasks smoothly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,400.00 per month
