Linkin.sa is a fast-growing Saudi platform connecting thousands of businesses and professionals across the Gulf. We’re scaling rapidly and need a sharp, proactive Recruitment Specialist who can source and close top talent faster than the competition.
About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to own the full hiring cycle end-to-end. This is a high-impact role — you’ll build strong talent pipelines, optimize processes, and directly fuel our growth in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
→ Own the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
→ Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across Sales, Customer Service, Tech, and Marketing
→ Write and optimize compelling job posts that attract strong applications
→ Proactively hunt and engage passive candidates through outreach, LinkedIn, and databases
→ Run structured interviews and assess candidates on skills, attitude, and culture fit
→ Partner closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles
→ Manage candidates smoothly via ATS and recruitment tools
→ Leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing, screening, and communication
→ Track key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, conversion rates) and continuously improve processes
→ Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
What We’re Looking For
✅ 1+ year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
✅ Strong sourcing & headhunting skills — you actively hunt talent, you don’t wait for it
✅ Proven experience hiring for fast-paced roles (Sales, Customer Service, Tech, eCommerce)
✅ Hands-on experience with ATS systems, Notion, or similar recruitment tools
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
✅ Ability to evaluate candidates holistically beyond the CV
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple roles under tight deadlines
✅ Thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
