ob Title: Foreman – Joinery & Decoration

Job Description:
We are looking for a Joinery & Decoration Foreman experienced in managing carpentry and interior decoration works, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations for carpentry and decoration works.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site engineers to ensure design accuracy.
- Manage a team of carpenters, painters, and decorators efficiently.
- Check and ensure all joinery works (doors, cabinets, partitions, ceilings, wall cladding, etc.) meet quality standards.
- Prepare materials list and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
- Ensure all measurements, fittings, and installations are executed according to drawings.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the site.
- Monitor productivity and report project progress to management.
- Handle finishing details like varnishing, polishing, and paint touch-ups.
- Resolve any site issues or technical challenges quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Joinery or Decoration Foreman in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, carpentry, and finishing materials.
- Ability to read drawings and shop details.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
