Full job description
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and technical specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wooden materials using hand and power tools.
- Manufacture custom joinery items including cabinets, wardrobes, doors, reception counters, wall paneling, and other interior fit-out elements.
- Assemble and install joinery items at the factory and project sites as required.
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
- Carry out repairs, adjustments, and modifications to completed joinery works when required.
- Coordinate with supervisors, machine operators, and other trades to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in good working condition.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
